Apple Pie Granola

Wholesome granola with fresh sweet apples, warm autumn spices & a hint of maple

  • 3 cups rolled oats gluten free
  • 1 cup hemp seeds hulled
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup flaked coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup cashew butter smooth
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract pure
  • 1.5 lbs apples diced


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit.

  2. Combine dry ingredients (all ingredients except cashew butter, maple syrup & vanilla extract) in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cashew butter, pure maple syrup & vanilla extract.

  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until dry ingredients are evenly coated. 

  5. Spread evenly on sheet pan and place into preheated oven. 

  6. Bake for 55 minutes, turning every 20 minutes to brown evenly. 

Recipe Notes
